Adam’s background spans global executive search firms, including Russell Reynolds and Marlin Hawk, and senior in-house work at HSBC, providing a rare blend of search rigour and operational perspective.
He is typically engaged where quality, pace and judgement matter most — during growth, transformation or periods of intensified hiring demand.
